Work Conditions
How does the rail road treat you?
Is the maltreatment to others due to management, company or employees?
What is up with the upper level management rearrangement? Was several people fired because of corruption?

| Do you know that a situation that is deemed
to be "murder" (in any wording) the case is never closed unit it
is solved? Did you know that no matter how minor the
information may appear, it just might be the missing link that
solves the case?

| " We are our brother's keeper and we watch out for one
another," says my family, friends and acquaintances. Being a "brother" can have its perks. Knowing others are watching out for us is also comforting.

| 8 APR 05 a railfan was killed while taking pictures of his
beloved railroad BNSF. This was East Peach Springs, AZ. It was
considered accident killing a trespasser. Wow. Yet, if we kill
someone who is on our personal property it is considered murder.
I know a lady that was sued by the family of a guy who broke in
and was robbing her house. He fell on a knife that he picked up
in her kitchen - possibly to harm her with if he had been able
to do so. They considered it her fault since he was on her
property. LET me see... why does an old lady get sued for murder
but BNSF didn't? MONEY, POWER, WHAT?
One really should stay off the tracks - DUH - you could get injured or killed. The engineer can't stop on a dime. He expects to find tracks free of people. Would this be any different than someone who commits suicide to jump off a bridge in front of a semi-truck. is it the driver's fault someone jumped in front of him? Don't play chicken with something bigger than you are... or you can become a dead chicken.

DERAILMENTS After items were seen in a container car at a derailment site, management insisted that no freight was stolen from derailments. They indicated all useable freight went to Big Lots, and that New Chevrolet trucks were crushed and buried intact at Canyon Diabo. Could this statement indicate that items were stolen for the purpose of paying off the $45,000 oversight from "bad inventory" missing equipment from a equipment trailer? Were the derailments completely investigated by the FBI or FRA to determine that derailments were not caused for this purpose? Other comments about derailments, or questionable practices? I would guess that someone was telling you what they wanted you to know or not know. I have a personal opinion about those particular guys telling you this story. We have heard parts of it before. You are not the first or last to make similar comments.

BAD Inventory Should management ask about your 401k and net worth? Should an employee ask a new hire to pay off a $45,000 bad inventory issue that happen before the new hire was even around indicating this was a condition of employment? No, it is illegal. Some people deliberately try to harm, destroy, or take the newbie. You are not the first and won't be the last.
