BNSFsucks SURVEY

Has BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad Destroyed Your Life?

The BNSF - Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad

and/or

UP-Union Pacific Railroad Survey

I am personally curious if my personal issues are with BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe or with specific people.

Could you please answer the following questions to help me find out who is really the cause of destroying my life?

How can any company or its employees (who are people just like you and me with families, homes and lives) purposely set out to destroy a good, honest, respectable person's life and then go home and kiss their spouse and tuck their children into bed at night knowing that what they did caused another family to not have a bed or home to sleep in that same night?

What would possess a company or men to drive another person so far as to question if life is worth fighting for any more? Help me please to understand by filling out this survey.

Working for a company be it the railroad, or any other corporation, will have good and bad policy, personnel, and politics.

As with any company, organization, church, family or group you will find some of the best people in the world, and sadly to say, you will find some of the worst people.

Your name or information will not be disclosed in my survey – just facts, opinions, and interesting thoughts about BNSF - Burlington Northern Santa Fe and BNSF - Burlington Northern Santa Fe employees compared to UP – Union Pacific, other railroads or other companies unless full permission is granted.  If I ask a question in regards to BNSF – Burlington Northern Santa Fe and you have information about another railroad like UP – Union Pacific or even another company of any kind, please just answer the question as if your company name is in place of the BNSF - Burlington Northern Santa Fe name. I will assume your answers refer to BNSF - Burlington Northern Santa Fe unless you tell me differently.

Some questions may appear to be repetitive, if you have more to add do so, if you already said all you have to say than just skip that question.

Who’s fault is it really when an employee does not pass a 30 day review (although he had only worked 3 days on the steel gang) or not given the opportunity to take the 45 day test when he is terminated on day 44  with the excuse of lacked mechanical ability (although he had been doing mechanic work longer than a co-worker was alive)?  Could it be that the supervisor knew he would pass the test with ease like he did the MOW rules test?

82. What is BNSF -  Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy on getting your own tool bag, gear or other needed items? Is it right when an employee has to buy their own tool bag, rain gear, or other necessary items when the trainer has been told to provide these items for you and will buy them for another employee but not you?

83. What is BNSF -  Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy on trainers talking about anal sex as part of a daily conversation?  Is this profiling homosexuality? 84. What is BNSF -  Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy for trainers and co-workers to bring up subjects of mafia connections and activities of mafia families? Is this indicating they are or want to be part of the mafia or crime families? Would this mean they are trying to threaten the new hire? Has these want-to-bes ever met face to face with a real "mafia" personnel?  All Mafia is not alike. Just because someone would have a drink in an Irish bar don't make them a member of the Irish mafia does it? I don't personally think a person should threaten another person until they check out all the facts. Don't you? When you push people, have you considered that you Never know who is connected to whom!

85. If time was spent training a new employee rather than this nonsense talk and actions, wouldn’t a BNSF -  Burlington Northern Santa Fe trainee be more prepared for his 30 day evaluation?

86. Is it right that an employee not be allowed to take his 45 day exam? Could it be that the supervisor KNEW that he would pass that test with flying colors?

87. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy to fire someone because a trainee failed the 30 day evaluation and supposing no improvement when supervisor was on vacation during two weeks of the first month and no one was available to check on the trainee or trainer? Is it BNSF company policy to have the 30 day evaluation when the trainee had only worked a steel gang for 3 days and had been moved around the state working with different people and different equipment and gangs? Is it BNSF company policy to state during the interview that they will train you to weld, yet during the 30 day evaluation  considered poor performance and not given any training on welding? Is this BNSF lying to the new hire or just corrupt employees?

88. What is the corporate BNSF -  Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy on such matters? Is this BNSF -  Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy???: The first day hired to clean out a filthy dirty cigarette filled truck? (Someone was allowed to smoke inside the truck? Is this BNSF policy???) Where the cooler was moldy and tools were not complete sets, welder unusable because of exhaust improperly mounted, and a total mess? To be told to put the tools and supplies in order, yet no one told in what order they belonged? Others taking what they wanted off of said truck? The second day on the job to be put in a week long school that everyone else in the school received a study guide, been working for the company for almost 60 days, and got the advantage of going to the first day of the school? Did someone want the new hire to fail? What happens when one would pass that school with the 2nd highest grade ,” 95% grade” of the class? Is this a stupid person that can’t learn how to do a job? Is this a poor performing new hire for  BNSF -  Burlington Northern Santa Fe? Isn't this someone that BNSF would be proud to have on their team?

89. Is it BNSF -  Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy to move a new hire around where a lot of his training days are moving from one place to the next rather than being trained?

90. Is lying a BNSF -  Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy?

91. Were you asked to move for a substantial distance for your job with BNSF -  Burlington Northern Santa Fe? Did you sell your house? Move all your stuff? Then be left cold without a home or a job?

92. Where else do you work on call 24/7? I think people who are more than willing to do this should be treated with a little respect.

93. Would you find it amazing that someone would haze and treat badly someone who likes to work, has an above excellent work record and ethics, good morals, no vices, and intelligent from a job at BNSF -  Burlington Northern Santa Fe? If you were an employer for BNSF -  Burlington Northern Santa Fe or any company  would you not want this kind of employee?  Would you rather have  people who threaten other employees, train poorly, haze like a school boy, and put an employee down for being a good person with morals? The things I have heard would shock most honest people.

94. Would BNSF rather have lying, stealing, drug users and drunks working for them?

95. What was your training like while on probation with BNSF -  Burlington Northern Santa Fe? Did you have good trainers?  Who were your trainers? Did they send you on errands like “get them breakfast”? Did they attempt to run away from you and get you lost? Did they send you to fetch unnecessary items then be gone when you return for you to figure out” where they went? Did they spend more time standing around “bullying” than training you? Did they lie to the supervisor? Is this an example of the mentor program?

96. Is there really a difference in BNSF -  Burlington Northern Santa Fe attitude in different states?

97. Is it possible to get a job with BNSF -  Burlington Northern Santa Fe once told that your application is denied? How can the call it denial of application when you were getting a pay check from them for several weeks?

98. What happens when you apply in a different state? Do they not consider your application because some supervisor gives you a bad review when in reality it was bad treatment by him and his crew?

99. When a supervisor that let you go tells you that you can work for BNSF -  Burlington Northern Santa Fe at any of over 2100 other jobs with BNSF -  Burlington Northern Santa Fe just not as the position you were fired from, is this true? Where can a 48 year old work after this kind of incorrect review? Just what would it drive him or his family to think or do? Would this man of good report been better if he was a female or young or had different assets?  What does he need for BNSF?

100. Who would be the best person to contact at BNSF -  Burlington Northern Santa Fe if you were treated unfairly? Does corporate BNSF -  Burlington Northern Santa Fe really care about your side of the story or only want to protect their unethical employees?

101.Would being fired from BNSF – Burlington Northern Santa Fe cause a person to not be hired by Union Pacific or any other railroad?

102. Is it a BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe  company policy to not use the mentor program? What if a supervisor said he don't use that program?

103. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy to train one employee for over 8 months and then refuse to train another employee for less than a few weeks?

104. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe  company policy to give an easy job to an employee with no mechanical aptitude, wreck his truck during probation, calls his trainer and others for help even a year later and  trained by the same trainer as the employee that does have a great work history and aptitude  yet this one was fired?

105. Does BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe  have a problem with their new hires being honest and believing in law enforcement? Could it be BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe corporate don’t realize what is going on at lower levels?

106. Do you think BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe knows or even cares what happens to people when they ask someone to move several states,  leave schools, leave families, leave friends, leave a great job (where you were on a prestigious position) and other organizations that they are involved in to take a job with them?

107. Do you think BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe knows or cares what happens to the entire family that now becomes a victim of 4 men’s dishonest, disrespectful, unethical behavior?

108. Is BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe really a bad company or is the company itself a victim of some bad employees?

109. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy to ask a new employee to pay off a $45,000 budget oversight possibly as a condition to employment?

110. It is BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy for a supervisor to tailgate a new trainee where the trainee was going as fast as reasonable possible due to the condition of the road; then poke fun at him and call him “grandpa” and another employee “crew safety person” in which was going slower “grandma?”  Shouldn't the supervisor be a good example?

111 Is it normal for BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe supervisors to state his own job is not certain? Could he fear the new hire would be better suited for his job? Or was the supervisor doing unlawful, unethical activities?

112. Is it corporate BNSF policy for supervisors to warn a new trainee not to come across to smart and they will be okay?  Now, WHY would a supervisor tell someone to do this? Did he want him to pretend he was stupid so he could stab him in the back later????

113. What exactly would you think this is supposed to mean?

114. It is corporate BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy to use self-directed work groups?

115. What formal training does these Burlington Northern Santa Fe employees have to use self-directed work groups? By law and definition it don' t mean your untrained co-workers can decide your fate of the job.

116. What great extent of actions do you think a Burlington Northern Santa Fe supervisor would do to get rid of a new hire that was very qualified to be able to hire his friend?

117. It is BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe corporate supervisor to treat a new hire with contempt even thought he was told is was his decision who to hire? Rather than destroy people's lives, why not just not hire this person and hire his friend to begin with?

118. Wouldn’t you think you would not be treated like a military boot camp if you were told it was a good bunch of guys to work with? (Maybe some of the men would be excellent to work with and the few were mean?)

119. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy for supervisor to make comments about derailments like, we destroyed all the brand new Chevy trucks without removing any parts from them and referring to another derailment all the merchandise went to Big Lots the day before he terminates a new hire? Could this be a cover up since the rail crew was headed to the area where container cars may still of had merchandise on them? (did he know that new hire had already been to this area and wondered what was up?)

120. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy to ask questions in the interview “How will your wife cope with you not being home a lot of the time?”  Why not ask the wife? Is this even legal to ask? Wouldn't the wife had told her husband not to apply for the job if it was going to be a problem. (We are not talking about young women in their 20's here, but a mature woman who's children were almost all grown.

121. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy to state in the interview that "no job will prepare you for this job" yet dismiss you after only a few days with one crew spending more time harassing you than training you for the job? (Especially after they said it really takes at least two years to learn this job.  Than wouldn’t it make sense to spend time aggressively training a new employee?  What if the supervisor said your former job did not prepare you for this job when firing you?

122. Is it normal BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy to tell you the last mechanic worked there 38 years and liked the job, no layoffs were likely, room for advancement and good job at the interview then while on the job tell you that there is no room for advancement and  try to convince you that this isn’t a very good job? What are they hiding or afraid of? That you might be good prospect for advancement?

123. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe corporate policy to ask age and show doubt that you can work another 20 years on the first day of the job?

124. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe corporate policy for supervisor to tell you that the community that he is based in hates the railroad?

125. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe corporate policy that there wasn’t much they could do about the bad condition with the truck because the previous employee had had over 30 years with BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe? Shouldn't the truck had been cleaned, supplied, and ready to go - rather than stinky, dirty, cigarettes all over, unsupplied, equipment not working, and mechanical condition of the truck in bad condition?????

126. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe corporate policy to hold a new hire responsible  for the condition of a truck that other employees had raided the truck and took tools and supplies they wanted and leaving a lot of other equipment  and trash that wasn’t needed for the crew in which  the new hire was assigned? Is is right for employee to sort and label items just to be fired the next day?

127. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe corporate policy for a supervisor to state that he liked the way another person approached safety and was a good person with which to work, yet the same person got upset that you used a 5 mile an hour breaking rule going down hill in which the truck was going all over the road? Wouldn't the new hire be right to go slower as originally told?

128. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy to ask instructors to help employees to pass the maintenance of way rules test because due to finding good perspective employees in California? Have you heard that many of the applicants as much as 2/3s leave or don’t show up for interview due to the drug test requirements?  Wouldn’t you think someone who does not do drugs would be treated with respect and be desirable rather than treating him with disrespect?

129. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy for the supervisor to show shock that a new hire does not drink?

130. Especially since the previous terminated employee was terminated due to alcohol?  Could it be the co-works took him out drinking for sport?

131. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe  corporate policy to tell an interviewee that he had no need to have recent experience welding as he will be sent to welding school when that time is needed, yet co-workers and supervisor administered a welding test on the first day of assignment to a rail crew in an attempt to humiliate the new employee, yet the previous employee that had 38 years working on this same crew with BNSF was not a welder?

132. Is it BNSF company policy for the person, whom the supervisor made comments that he liked his approach to safety, told a new hire that he pulled up to close to his truck – yet same said supervisor had no problem tailgating much closer to the new hire, and further more called the new hire “grandpa” by the way the new hire drove?

133. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy to give a new hire a truck with over 164,000 miles with loose steering then another employee noted for being safe tell the new employee that he had driven the truck and it was just fine?

134. It is BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy to tell a new hire that he should not sign a rent lease or buy anything until the 60 day probation period was up, and then tell the employee that he can’t legally drive in AZ for more than 30 day with an out of state license? Could any one tell me how one could get an AZ license without a residence?

135. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy for a supervisor to show surprise that a new employee would acquire a bank account, and postal address in the area working rather than leaving it in several sates away? If one was planning on making this state their home would not that be a normal thing to do? Wouldn't you think the new hire would sell his house and bring his wife with him to the new job? Wouldn't you think they would be looking for a new home and bringing all their belongings to this new state?  What are they suppose to do?

136. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy for supervisor to tell you about a “good” area to live and buy a home, then when you check out that area find it is “meth valley”?  Why would he find it uncomfortable to find out that someone kin to the new hire had been in law enforcement and knew what a high meth area would be like to raise a family (where the husband would be gone for days at a time)? Or could it be that the “law enforcement” connection was undesirable due to possible illegal activity in regards to merchandise of derailed trains?

137. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy for a new hire with a BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe watch to be considered a company spy? Gifts and Ebay, as well as company store has BNSF stuff for sale.

138. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy for a new hire to stop a derailment from happening, and no one even say thank you but instead treat him like poop?

139. Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy for a trainer to complain that he can’t get things done because he has to train a new hire?

140. It it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy to fire a good decent good working honest person so that they can hire a California mechanic who is already trained?  Or is it that supervisor wanted a friend to have that job?  Isn't that just hurting BNSF and costing them more money in the long run?

141 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy to have someone who had no mechanical ability, hired out of a different profession to give him an easy job because he can’t handle the job and still a year or more later calling people for help, than to fire a good mechanic just because you do have to train him for this type of job? Could it be someone wanted someone to be punished because the trainer didn't want to train anyone because of the long drawn out mess-ups of the one that he did decide to keep?

142 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy for a trainer to tell a new hire to go poop  behind a tree where there really was not much privacy when a gas station was within view? Is it BNSF company policy for the trainers to be upset that it took the new hire a few minutes to find them when they took off down the road not telling the new hire where they had went or that they just left him? Now if he took the railroad access road because he thought that is which road they took would that be wrong? If this road was an awful road and he took it slow as to not wreck the company truck is that wrong? If they took the highway and took another access road that was not earlier discussed.. is that the way the company wishes a new hire be trained and treated?

143 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy for trainers to ignore a new hire when he talked and to exclude the new hire from conversation apparently to shun the new hire?

144 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy to give a 30 day evaluation where a new hire has 5 trainers and 10 actual days of “bad training” experience? Is it then BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy for a supervisor to make rude comments like “deer in headlight” and “training wheels are off” comments? If this was only 3 actual days on this crew with most of that time dealing with harassment, rude comments, disrespect, being told to not work or have to go find own work to do without training… was able to accomplish jobs that others seemed to not want to do… ?

145 Is it normal for  no supervisor to check on you in the field? Could this be because he was on vacation? Isn’t it company policy to use a mentor program? Exactly what would that be? To harass, bully, put down and demean, is that the mentor program?

146 When are the evaluations suppose to happen? HOW?

147 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy for trainers to set someone up to get into trouble with the supervisor?

148 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy that during training be told to race to the piece of equipment when it breaks down to get hands on training?  Safety first?

149 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy to say 47 is to old to start to work for the railroad?

150 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy for a trainer to not allow a new hire to use trainer’s number to get fuel for his truck because new hire’s number was not activated yet?

151 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy for a trainer to say go home and not work the rest of the day and be excluded of work?  Who is suppose to take care of things trainee is in the middle of doing?

152 It is company policy for a trailer to come in from out of state in bad shape and to say if it had been one of his employee’s fault that employee would be on the unemployment line? Is it policy for the employee that was responsible to not get fired? Should the new hire that has nothing to do with the trailer be harassed about it?

153 If this was said, would said Burlington Northern Santa Fe supervisor be trying to convey what a harsh boss he is?

154 Could firing a good new hire be because Burlington Northern Santa Fe supervisor’s budget was not what he was told it should be and he was just trying to get rid of what he considered an expense?

155 Could products of the derailment be used to help cover this cost?

156 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy to tell a new hire that the supervisor fires that the new hire’s previous job did not prepare him for this job, yet at the interview state no job would prepare I for this job.?

157 It is BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy for a supervisor to not want to work with people older than he? Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy to keep making comments about 30 by 60 rule and that one should not start with BNSF if over 30? Is it policy that other working were over 60 when they retired? When stupid comments are made were they not counting any of the retirement one would had build up with another company before coming to BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe ?

158 It is BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy to be told that co-workers can fire a new hire for any reason?

159 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy for one of the co-workers to imply he didn’t like to terminate without just cause? Could it be he was cohered into harassment?

160 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy for human rights of an applicant different than rights of a employee?

161 Is BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy for rights understood by co-workers who are training a new hire?

162 Is it right for a BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe trainer to attempt to demean the new hire by stating he gave to the community by coaching worth more than the new hire’s community service?

163 Would you consider a high ranking officer of the USAF United States Air force organization where 10,000 hours +  service was given as a commander of a squadron, pilot, flying blood for the Red Cross, introduction flights to others, search and rescue ground and air team leader and trainer as at least just as important as coaching? Why would it be important for the trainer to put the new hire down?

164 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy to smoke around a new hire just to antagonize him and cause him to sneeze because he himself does not smoke? Is this why this BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe employee says he can’t get much done with new hire because he would rather stand around talking and smoking?

165 . I personally don’t smoke and hate smelling it. I really hate when people blow smoke into my face or act like I am doing something wrong because I don’t smoke. I personally don’t care if someone smokes or not as long as I don’t have to suffer because of it. If one is smoking during a break time only, than it shouldn't be an issue. What is BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy on smoking on the job?

166 It is BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy for a supervisor to make racist comments and have other employees ask the new hire if such supervisor was a racist (when the employees would had known supervisor for a longer period of time?

167 It is BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy for a supervisor, trainer and co-workers to make racism slurs, homosexual slurs, and sexual (disrespect to women) slurs?

168 When speaking to the Native Americans, they sounded like wonderful people to work for and with. When speaking to a couple of Navahos and discussed how a new hire was treated during his job they were saying how sad, and the new hire should had requested to be trained by a Navaho. Is that possible to request who trains you?

169 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy to discuss a new hire's fate with the crew and allowing them to make comments for sport?

170 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe  policy to  put the fate of the new hire in his co-workers hands? Especially where the one co-worker had only worked for the company for a few months?

171 It is BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy to not standardize the job to the point that the only way to find a good job with BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe is to work for the right person?

172 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy for another employee to sabotage a new hire's truck by opening a door and leaving it unlatched so it would come open when going down the road?

173 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe corporate policy to compare a new hire to a poor performance employee and say the company would be better off with out him without giving him proper training, time or respect to do the job?

174 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy to think less of Maintenance of way employee and mechanics because they are there to maintain the rails and not a part of passengers and products that make money for BNSF?

175 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy to gate keep authorization numbers for timekeeping so that you can’t find out if you were or were not paid for a day until you get your pay check?

176 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe  company policy for a co-worker to belittle a new hire of his mechanical experience when the new hire has actually been doing mechanical work longer than said co-worked had even been alive?

177 Is it BNSF  Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy to fire a new hire just because someone else wanted to move to that area in which the new hire was assigned? Wouldn’t it be more advantageous to have employees to talk to each other about where they want to live and work an arrangement with each other and the company so that everyone would be happy than to victimize the new hire? Just maybe the new hire would not really care about exactly where he would move to since he had not established roots yet.

178 It is Burlington Northern Santa Fe corporate policy that when a new hire had not received their first pay check in over a month to have another employee to indicate that new hire was not happy with their pay when that wasn't the issues?

179 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe corporate policy for a supervisor to condemn his manager of an error made in conversation about a name of a town as if the manager was feeble minded due to his age?

180 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe corporate policy for a supervisor to use company credit card  and steal 1 ½ million dollars from BNSF? Is this normal? Is it normal for the trainer to state that the only reason that supervisor got caught is he got greedy and didn’t share with others.

181 Is common for a Burlington Northern Santa Fe terminated employee to steal a BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe dump truck and roll it and then raid a supply shed by using their keys?  Who is the cause of instilling this much disdain for the company?

182 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy for co-workers to make “aint’ scared” comments in intimidation to a new hire? And you have "the deer in the headlight look" - could it be called innocent and "I can't believe you are allowing this look?"

183 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy for a supervisor to act like he is your friend one day and fire you the next?

184 Would it be considered a racist slur for a supervisor to say that if the Indians had the Snow Bowl at Flagstaff AZ that they would put a casino on there? Isn’t this scared ground and who would think they would put a casino on sacred ground???? Don’t you think that there are a lot of people left in this world with honor and respect for the land? Don't even get me going about Indian rights.... I am Cherokee and Blackfoot along with my white blood. Time honored spiritual rites were passed down to me from my "Indian" grandparents.

185 It is  BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy to help one person with the 45 day test so he will pass it, and fire another person before the 45 day test could be given because  the supervisor knew the new hire would pass easily.?

186 Why would  a BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe trainer’s son go to work for UP rather then BNSF?

187 What is BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy on family adjustment?  Who talks to the family to make a decision how the family is adjusting? Is family adjustment even legal? Wouldn't the thought of this be to HELP the family, not used as an excuse to fire someone.... when there was no issue with family adjustment.... they didn't have time to adjust... time to find a place to live, get work and settle in?

188 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe corporate policy to circumvent the DNA testing law by asking unnecessary questions to new hires?

189 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy to ask about one’s belief in space aliens?  Like who really knows and who cares? That is along with religious beliefs. I can believe what ever I want and still do a good job at any work. What if a person is unsure of what they believe in that area?

190 Is it BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy to tap employee’s phone lines?

191 It is BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe policy to not want former employees to contact EEOC?

192. Is it BNSF company policy for the supervisor when he "fired" (oh sorry that is denied the application for hire) to then tell the new fired that he could take any one for the other 25,000 jobs with BNSF but not a traveling mechanic job?

193. Is it BNSF company policy to not hire the person for a different job that he would be more qualified than most of the people they did hire - especially when they were hiring 100s more people for this job?

194. Is it totally stupid to still want to work for BNSF if a person went through of this? If it was just men who made this new hire's family a living hell, than I would answer it yes. If it was BNSF policy to do these things than thank GOD that the new fired didn't get another job with BNSF.

195. Is there anything you would like to add?

196. It is BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe company policy to have an a person that was (application denied --ie. fired at 44 days -- for traveling mechanic because of no mechanical ability - which was a total and complete lie) if that person would apply for conductor in another state - to show he thought it was bad employees not bad company - then pass all the test and the interview and not be hired? Wonder if it was because someone dishonest said things to prevent this person from getting hired?  Or if EEOC complaint was the issue? If the company was not doing anything illegal or immoral and it was JUST the employees than it seems they would want to hire the hard working honest man????????
