Work Conditions
How does the rail road treat you?
Is the
maltreatment to others due to management, company or employees?

DERAILMENTS
After items were seen in a
container car at a derailment site, management insisted that no
freight was stolen from derailments. They indicated all useable freight
went to Big Lots, and that New Chevrolet trucks were crushed and buried
intact at Canyon Diabo. Could this statement indicate that items
were stolen for the purpose of paying off the $45,000 oversight from
"bad inventory" missing equipment from a equipment trailer? Were
the derailments completely investigated by the FBI or FRA to determine
that derailments were not caused for this purpose?

BAD Inventory
Should management ask about
your 401k and net worth? Should an employee ask a new hire to pay
off a $45,000 bad inventory issue that happen before the new hire was
even around indicating this was a condition of employment?

PROPER Derailment investigation
Are derailment investigations
always complete? Does National Security not allow proper time for a
complete derailment investigation? It was heard that that the
investigator was told that the tracks would be run down the main street
of town if the work of clearing the derailment was delayed for complete
investigation. The clearing of the tracks was allowed to continue rather
than allow the investigation to interfere with "so-called" National
Security or disrupt the town.
