I blew out my knee and ankle just doing my job. Per the railroads rule. To leave the safty of the
locomotive to be on the ground to do a roll bye. Because the ballest was so steep of an angle and

BNSF Mechanical Department laid me off when I returned from military duty. I didn't even make
it in to work before I was told to call my forman in which he told me, "You dont have a job no
more". I know nice english for a general forman.Called the Rail Road Retirement board and I am
entitled to $60 a day and cant work anywhere else to help cover the other $140 I am not making a
day. Sound fair? Well they violated lawsand I am taking this up with the VA.
